We currently ship to the following regions:
United Kingdom

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location within the UK.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Available for all orders that include a complete Sandmasons Sandcastle Kit shipped within the UK.
Accessory Packs Only: A flat-rate shipping fee of £10 applies to orders containing only accessory packs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

UK: VAT is included in all product prices for UK customers.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sandmasons.co.uk within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exclusions

We do not ship to PO boxes or remote areas that incur excessive shipping costs.
